Gymnastics Classes for Children

This is recreational gymnastics class in Ashford, Kent is working towards an internal Dance Visions Gymnastics Awards system to gain medals and trophies in a fun and structured way.

Themes are set each week to encourage progression. Students in addition work towards improving flexibility, enhancing physical fitness and developing acrobatic skills for their dance performances.

Participation in gymnastics gives kids body confidence and promotes self-esteem. Our coaches are British Gymnastics trained and are fully insured.
