Dance Fit is a fun and friendly group fitness and dance-based class with fantastic fun and easy to follow routines and inspiring music for a great introduction to dance or fitness for all levels.

We aim to create an inclusive platform, encouraging adults to get involved and gain the benefits dance movement can have on the body and mind, inspiring a fun and modern way to keep motivated with personal fitness, health, and wellbeing.

As stated on the NHS website, 'dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination, and beating stress. There's also evidence that regular dancing can improve heart health in older people. One of the best things about dancing is that while you're having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you're getting all the health benefits of a good workout.'
