A brand new fusion dance style inspired by Contemporary, with elements of Jazz, Commercial and Lyrical. A great way to have fun, this beautiful and dynamic class incorporates body conditioning, stretching and technique as well as all the lovely creative dance aspects of a class... And will make you feel both graceful and versatile. This class will relieve stress from the body and invigorate the mind.

THE CLASS

All abilities are welcome - no previous dance experience is necessary. AND for those with previous dance experience can slot right in, so come into a friendly class and flow out feeling invigorated!

This class will relieve stress from the body and invigorate the mind. These classes will focus on the basic principles of the Contemporary dance technique including alignment, articulation, transfer of weight and coordination, and aim to promote an improvement in fitness, strength and flexibility. Participants will be encouraged to nurture their individual dance style and explore their personal preferences, developing their creative skills, increasing their overall confidence as a dancet whilst having fun with new friends, all within a friendly, supportive and safe environment.
