You must make your way to the reception desk and sign in. You will then be directed to a studio waiting area by one of our helpers. Please stay together as a group and wait to be called. Once all your photos have been taken, you are free to leave.
The photo's day schedule shows the times each group need to be at Dance Visions Studios for their professional photos. The time slots are ‘start times’, so please arrive 15 – 20 minutes early. Please be ready in your first costume and have your hair and make-up already done. There will not be time to do this on the day as the schedule is very tight. Please bring all your other costumes with you. We always try to name costumes before we give them out, but parents/guardians must be responsible for naming any personal items, dance shoes, accessories etc.
Costumes will not be issued to performers until the week running up to, or on our Photos Day depending on the post man and his timing! (If your costume is issued on the photos day you will need to change at the Studios). We will aim to give out everyone’s costumes at class the week of the photos. We try to keep Costume Hire costs as reasonable as possible. More info to follow on costume hire cost, hair styles and make-up. Lost, damaged, or misplaced costumes cannot be replaced at such a late date near to the show and will be charged for in full.
For convenience, we have tried to arrange the photos by teachers throughout the day rather than the show running order as this will ease congestion on the day and mean that most will not have to wait around for too long. One Parent/Guardian must accompany their child(ren) to assist them on the day as our teachers will be very busy.
