Here at Dance Visions we pride ourselves on having our own original choreography specifically choreographed by our Instructors to sort out those niggling annoying hard to shift areas and tone you to perfection. With our team of highly trained and super energetic Instructors, ALL with dance backgrounds, you know you really are getting a DANCE exercise class with a difference, experiencing musicality and the Latin and European rhythms in true dance styles.

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to have fun, get fit, and go home smiling.

 

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

What to wear:

 

Exercise clothing and trainers with low grip so you can swivel and turn whilst enjoying those super duper routines, plus bring plenty of water (only plastic bottles permitted) and a small towel if you can.
